TERMS: Exhibit space must be paid in full by April 30, after April 30 any exhibit space not paid in full may not be
guaranteed. Exhibitors may not make electrical or water hook up without board approval. Exhibitors who do not
have their exhibits erected by 8PM of the day prior to the show opening will forfeit their space and rental fees.
PRODUCTS Only that board approved brand products may be sold. Silk screen, transfer or embroidered hats, T-
shirts, jackets, etc. are not to be sold unless they carry your company logo. No use of Back to the 50’s logo, name,
town, place or year. Board approval still necessary.

PLEASE FILL OUT THE CONTRACT AND MAIL IT TO US.
ALL PERSONS or organizations wishing to sell or offer for sale any item or service, to pass out literature or samples or to solicit donations shall first obtain space for such activity and having paid the customary charge and been assigned space, shall confine their activities to the space assigned.
HOURS OF BACK TO THE 50’S Weekend Inc.: 9AM–9PM, Gates will open for exhibitors at 7AM and MUST BE CLEARED by 8AM daily. All exhibits must be set up and in place by 8PM the day prior to opening day and remain in place until 9PM of closing day

ALL PERSONS
shall leave the venue by 11PM or within 30 minutes after the close of the last show for the day, whichever occurs first, except those persons assisting with the Back to The 50’s Weekend Inc. or with exhibits or displays. No automobiles or truck traffic allowed on midway after 8AM. Must use a dolly or wagon to transport items, ABSOLUTELY NO GOLF CARTS are permitted. Parking in the midway or streets of the event is prohibited at all times.
ELECTRICAL HOOK UP OR SERVICE CHARGE: Each exhibitor will be charged $15.00 for electrical service and additional charges for lights and appliances as listed below. Each connection shall be made by a standard three prong grounded plug for 110 volts and by approved connectors for 220 volts. Exhibitors may connect directly to outlets: If connection inside boxes is necessary, only Event electricians may make such a connection.
EXHIBITORS ARE TO PROVIDE WIRING for the exhibits to these points. They are to provide devices of the proper size for their own exhibit wiring and electrical equipment. The board will assume no responsibility for damage to electrical or other equipment or for loss because of a power outages or equipment failure.
SAFETY exhibits shall be constructed and operated to assume the safety of everyone. Any machines that are in operation should be adequately guarded and attendant provided. All trailers and stands using heat must be equipped with fire extinguishers.
GROUNDING each outside exhibit shall protect event visitors by grounding the trailer or appliance by means of a steel or copper rod at least 5’ long, driven into the ground and connected to the unit by a no. 6 wire. Approved alternate grounding methods may be used. To protect underground utilities, do not drive the ground rod until a representative of the board marks the location.
EXHIBITOR’s IN TENTS shall be liable for damage to tents caused by erection of their exhibits or by failure to remove exhibits by Tuesday morning, if damage occurs when the tent is removed.
CLEANING The board will clean the midway and the aisles of the main display tents and building. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning his own display space. Refuse is to be placed in rubbish containers only.
SUBLETTING
No space may be sublet by an exhibitor.
SOUNDS SYSTEMS No public address systems except those operated by Back to the 50’s Weekend Inc.
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS All exhibits and display material must be removed from the grounds within one day from the close of the event.
EXHIBITORS cleaning their own exhibit area, placing all waste material in trash containers and filling all holes made in the ground.
EXHIBITORSto clean their area or fill holes may be subject additional charges
NO GLASS BOTTLED POP to be served on the grounds
FOOD CONCESSIONS must post all food prices.
PROTECTION
Reasonable care will be taken to protect all exhibits on display from any injury and damage but the Event is not in any way to be held responsible accidents, loss or damage by water, fire, theft, wind,vandalism,malicious mischief or otherwise, whatever may be the cause or extent of the damage or loss.
PERSONS
using controlled drugs or substances will be expelled from the grounds.
THE BOARD
reserves the right to refuse space or to terminate leased space of any exhibitor that displays obscene or dangerous materials.
INSIDE EXHIBITS
Inside exhibits are in the carousel building which shall be open to exhibitors only 7AM to 9AM. It opens to the public at 9AM when registration opens. The building will be locked at 9PM daily to everyone.
VENDOR PARKING No exhibitor may park their vehicle next to their display unless attached tow vehicle noted in contract or paid for. Vehicles (including tow) used as part of display but removed from the grounds on display but removed from grounds on a daily basis must be registered and paid for as a participant vehicle and display such registration in order to come and go. This is possible for show standard vehicles only. Otherwise exhibitor vehicles must be removed by 8AM and parked in the area reserved for exhibitors.
CAMPING
there is no on site camping. Ask for list of near by campgrounds.
VIOLATIONS
of these rules or conduct contrary to the best interests of Back to the 50’s Weekend, Inc. will not be permitted. Exhibitors or others who persist in such violations or conduct will asked to remove their exhibits and to leave the property. No fees or charges will be refunded in such cases.
PASSES
each exhibit comes with four (4) adult armbands and two (2) exhibitors parking passes. You are able to purchase additional vendor armbands, at a discounted price. They are to be used only for vendors working, if this is violated, you will be asked to leave the grounds, no fees or charges will be refunded.
